树立信心，减少无用重复题量。

1、有人提起树立数理化都头疼，感觉难无从下手。其实只要把每章节主线抓住，层层递进，成绩能提高很快。

2、不要做太多题，每个公式题型都理解透，灵活利用，而不是做很多题。做很多题会让你产生错觉，知识点很多。其实总结下来根本就没有太多题型。

提前预习，有助于提高学习效率。

明白提前预习的作用。为何要提前预习？有人一上课就走神。原因有二：一是老师讲的听不懂，二是不知道重点在哪。提前预习可以让你知道不会的哪里，然后做个标记，老师讲到的时候会让你恍然大悟，记忆深刻，绝对不会走神。

掌握概念，推导公式。

1、例如学习“函数”首先明确函数概念，然后再把函数延伸出来的概念进行融会贯通。

2、凡是重要的数学公式，就要弄弄明白这个公式是怎么推导的，运用公式的条件是什么。养成推导公式的习惯。只有把公式的来龙去脉搞清楚了，才能更好地运用公式。

及时练习，通过练习加深概念、公式理解，活学活用

1、永远记住：做题不是简单的做题，要通过做题让你深刻理解概念公式是如何运用的。做题时想2、不要做太多题，把做的每个题都弄懂、弄透，能举一反三。不要题海战术。

1、没有比错题本更能发现你没有掌握知识点。做错的题都属于你不会的题。不存在马虎没有做对的情况。1+1=2你啥时候都不会马虎做错。
